This

She looked into his gray eyes, captivated, taking in their beauty, and thinking about how she could stare at them for hours. He gazed into her dark brown eyes in admiration, thinking about how they turn hazel in the sunlight. Sunlight or no sunlight, it was easy to get lost in them.

Their closeness brought them warmth. Their closeness brought them comfort.

The two stood there, standing still, in the midst of chaos. The sounds of cars speeding by, the people shouting, the baby boy crying -none of it mattered because in that moment, they felt like there was nothing around them. In that moment, there was no place they’d rather be.

The boy softly placed his hands on her face, each hand on an opposite side.

“This,” he breathed, “Your presence. Your love… It’s everything I want. It’s everything I need.”

Live

There are two types of people in the world:

Those who are alive,

And those who are living.

Those who simply go through their daily routine,

And those who make the most of each day

Those who don’t take chances because of the consequences that lay ahead,

And those who take the risks

Those who always comply with what the world wants,

And those who challenge others

Those who believe that the sky’s the limit

And those who believe that there is no limit

Those who try to be content with what life gives them,

And those who create their reality

Those who wish they lived at the end of their life

And those glad they were alive and living.

They lived life.

Lost

Life has a lot of twists and turns. There are good times, and bad times. There are moments that are amazing and some moments when you don’t know how much more you can take…

She feels lost. She’s lost in the big world. She doesn’t know which path to take. She has  lost her way.

She’s feels alone. She feels alone in this world. She feels misunderstood, like no one will ever get it.

She’s scared. She fears that she’ll never find her way. She fears that her life won’t change.

So she walks, into the unknown roads, hoping to find something as she wanders. Maybe it’ll be a friend, or a helping hand, or perhaps an experience that will forever be remembered.

She hopes – she believes that one day she’ll find the path. Hopefully, someday she won’t be  that lost girl anymore…

It’s okay to be lost. Trust that you’ll find your right path.
